Need to download my failed certification

I have taken AZ-400 certification exam on Aug 3 and I have failed it , I would like to download the Certification and need to view the transcript

You should able to access your exam score by access https://learn.microsoft.com/ >>> click on your name icon on upper right corner >>> Profile >>> Credentials >>> Certifications

There should be Past exams section. You should be able to click on View details on provider site

The link will take you to Pearson VUE website. There will be view score report menu on your right.
