Retrieving Certications

I am unable to find the MOS certifications that I took in 2017 on my dashboard. I've never actually downloaded them through the Microsoft site, I just received a MOS badge on my LinkedIn. Is there a way I can retrieve a certification for the exams I took? Thanks!

    Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
