installation of SQL Server 2019 Developer (error 2061893607)

Good evening,
I tried to install SQL Server 2019 Developer Basic. Installation is failed. I did it three times. There is the same error. I uninstalled all SQL files from Control panel and install it again, but it did not help.
If somebody knows how to solver this problem, I will be very thankful.

    This is a generic error which means that SQL Server did not start when Setup wanted to run installation scripts on the instance. You need to look at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG to get more details of what is going wrong.

    Note that the actual can be different depending on the options you chose at install.
