Hi,

How do you define networks ranges in Hyper V when creating switches?

For example, I want to create four networks.

A = 10.0.1.0/24
B = 10.0.2.0/24
C = 10.0.3.0/24
D = 10.0.4.0/24

I can't seem to find a way to define this when creating the switches in switch manager.

Unlike in VMWare where you have the Network Editor that gives you full control over the swtich creation process.

    Hi,
    Do you mean that you want to define networks ranges when creating multiple virtual switches?
    If so, you can add different network adapters and set static IP in your VMs and then connect the adapters to the virtual switches you created.

    Thanks for your time!
