Facing issue in Microsoft authenticator showing QR code is already used!

Question

Hi, I want to let you know that I am unable to use authentication 2 facto authentication from the android app..what happened is like when I can my QR code for MFA then showing unable to add your account. Also "QR code is already used". I am frustrated do solve this..I have tried solution like 1.uninstall the app completely and then trying 2.clear the whole browsing cache and data and forse stop also 3. Power of phone and restart 4. Phone updates 5. Reset network policies etc.. NOTE : when I try someone else phone then successfully sign in but when I try my auth app then not working
