Could you successfully launch your Visual Studio 2022 in Safe Mode (run devenv /SafeMode in Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022)?
If you have any anti-virus software or security management software, please temporarily disable them.
You can repair your Visual Studio 2022 via Visual Studio Installer, then, restart your computer and run it as administrator.
If it doesn’t work, you can also consider reinstalling your VS.
