unable to see tabs

Hi All,

I have a SharePoint site, and one of my users is missing the tabs listed below. I am unable to determine which setting needs to be enabled. I want the default tabs to be displayed when the user opens the SharePoint site. Please guide me.

    What permission level does this user have? You can check his permission to the list via List settings >> Permissions for this list >> Check Permissions.

    And let the user try changing a browser to see if the issue still persists.
