M365 Fundamentals & Azure Fundamentals (MS900 & AZ900) Badges aren't showing up in Credly

Question

I've already look at this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/badges

The issue is I have two certs MS900 and AZ900 and the doc says I can claim them after the fact. I created an additional account with my email for the microsoft learn account. That didn't show me any certs. I then deleted that account and added the email to my existing account that my other certs have shown up in. I added my microsoft learn profile email to the existing account. I looked in my live.com email and didn't find anything for the badge or cert notifications.

Any help?!??

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question) Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard
