How can I download my AZ300 certificate. My registration number is 369015441.

Hello,

I have done Azure 300 exam in January 25, 2020. My site number is - 77058 & Registration no 369015441. I was able to see the exam result but I didn't download my certificate. After many years I tried to download it. But I can't do this. Even I didn't find the correct portal for it. I am very frustrated now. Could you please help me.
