I can't login into admin center because i reset my phone to get 2fa authentication code. Idon't have other authentication option now. I'm global admin.

If you have deleted the app or reset your phone, the way to resolve this is to request for Product Support to reset MFA for the affected users. Contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user.
