if i turn off MyAnalytics in O365 for a specific user, are then no data collected for this user?

If I turn off MyAnalytics for specific users,
e.g by removing their Insights by MyAnayltics license or by the PowerShell Command Set-UserAnalyticsConfig.

Is then only the data for this user not available in MyAnalytics or are no data collected for these users at all?

If data of a user is still collected, can this data be accessed with MSGraph?

How can I make sure that no data is collected for these users.

    The closest info is available - Opt-out,Configure from MyAnalytics perspective, so that you can make use of it. Also adding tags/teams to assist you further.
