May I know it's 1TB limit result cache for every DWU level ???

Hello @sakuraime ,

The maximum size of result set cache is 1 TB per database. The cached results are automatically invalidated when the underlying query data change.

For more details, refer “Performance tuning with result set caching”.

Yes, 1 TB limit result cache for every DWU level.

The result set cache is associated with the control node, and does not scale with DWUs.
