Power Automate request email

Question

Hi,

I am wondering why if I upload 2 files for approval, if the approver approved one of them (ie the other one is still pending approval), then approver would receive email request for that file again after email confirmed that file has been approved. Like the task is done but something triggered the email resend the approval request again.

However, when the document library has only 1 file pending for approval, no such issue though (i.e. after approve or reject, no email triggers to asking for approval.

How to fix that problem please?
