Screen arrangement (and scale) is lost in a Teams Live Event

When I do a live event in Teams, the screen changes its scale and organization and makes it difficult for me to continue. What can I do to avoid this?

    Could you provide us a screenshot to know your situation clearly if possible?

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before this issue happened?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    It recommends you clear the client cache and update your client to the latest version.

    Delete any file in the following folders to clear client cache:

    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
