My MS-100 Certificate has not arrived since I have passed my exam

Question

I passed my MS-100 exam on Friday 4th December and it has been confirmed on my learner dashboard

I have not received a confirmation email and my certificate has not been loaded to my portal yet.

It said it can be up to 48 hours and now it has been more.
