2FA: Mobile phone not accessible anymore

Business Admin Console

I cannot login in my business account, because 2FA is needed. Unfortunately, the smartphone connected to the account is not usable anymore. Now, I cannot login into my Teams account nor the Admin console from Microsoft.

I also can get in contact with Business Support because I can't login in my account, which is necessary for that. Help is appreciated!

    If you are the only administrator in your tenant and have not set up another verification method, please contact product support using the affected user's email address, https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket. Or call technical support and have them help you unlock the account. See Global Customer Service phone numbers.
