Unable to upgradre SCCM to 2403

Hi

I am trying to upgrade a clients SCCM (MCM) to version 2403, after i ran the pre-requisite check a couple of policies come up as errors that need attention, however when i open them from the collection i dont have the option of deleting them.

I have already checked on the below.

1. the account has the highest permissions.
2. the policies are cutom policies.
3. the policies are not in use.

Could you give us a screenshot of the specific error message to help us understand the problem?

Additionally, to check the SCCM prerequisites log, you can refer to the C:\ConfigMgrPrereq.log file.

And post us the error snippet to make it easier to determine the specific problem.
