We currently received new computers in our office.

We are all now running on Windows 11 with the Classic version of Outlook.

When we receive an email with a hyperlink, and we need to forward this email to a client.

We go to send the email, "clean up" the email remove the forwarded subjects and as soon as we click into the body of that email, we are trying to forward the entire message deletes.

I am in to type in the body of my email but when I am in clicking into the body of the email, I am forwarding everything disappears.

I have tried several different forums with suggested steps but none of the forum show the current version of Outlook I am using.

Ideally, I just need to be able to push forward on the email, clean it up so the link I am sending looks like it is coming from me, have my signature and send.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

The issue could be related to outdated software, formatting problems, add-ins, or corrupted installation files. By updating Outlook, checking formatting options, disabling add-ins, and repairing your Office installation, you can potentially resolve the problem.
