How can I retrieve my accurate results for a skill assessment after receiving a 0% overall result?

I have taken the skill assessment for "Create and manage model-driven apps with Power Apps and Dataverse". I was able to log in to the given environment and worked completely through the tasks. Everything worked out fine. I finished and sent the assessment as told. The work was scanned and calculated and after a while the result was printed claiming the overall results were 0% which means that there had to be a problem with the evaluation. What went wrong? Can I get the real result without the need to retake the assessment?
