Unable to access Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification

Hello,

I completed the following certification with Pearson Vue: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification.

I received an email saying that I earned the certification but I am not able to view or access it. I have a corresponding Microsoft certification ID, but I am not sure which account I used to do the test. Is there a way to see what account is associated to a given Microsoft certification ID, or retrieve the certificate?

I received most communication about the certification and with PearsonVue with a @gmail account.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
