I need to speak to a live person for tech support but cannot find a number? I cannot get into my account and have been trying for the past 3 days to find someone who could help and there is no one. The stupid bot won't let me get to a live person!

I pay monthly fees and cannot speak to a "live" person...I'm 74 years old and need help. Such a terrible way to conduct business. They don't help at all, sad.
