Trouble adding work email to Microsoft Authenticator app on iPhone (doesn't recognize my work email address)

I am using Microsoft Office 365 for my work email on my Windows laptop, and I am trying to add my account to Microsoft Authenticator on my iPhone. However, the app is not recognizing my work email address and says that my Microsoft account does not exist. I have also tried registering my work email through iPhone email with the Outlook Express option, but it still doesn't work.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue? We have an Office 365 account and email.
