Hello Microsoft Engineer,

I have the following situation.

Because some users log in to the window through their Intune account, which is 123@outlook.com. Then, they use another 456@outlook.com to log in M365 through the browser.

Therefore, I want to restrict users to only connect to M365 using "their own account" through the browser or the O365 client application.

Is it available?

Thanks.

@James Chan_110 Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

For this issue, my answer is no. There is no method can make it via intune. Intune just can use conditional access policies to control the devices and apps that can connect to your email and company resources. However, it can't restrict users to only connect to M365 using "their own account".

    Thanks for your understanding.
