What is the refresh frequency of getSharePointSiteUsageDetail graph report? Can we refresh it manually?

It's refreshed once daily, so in general you can expect up to 48 delay. And no, you cannot refresh it manually.

As mentioned in M365 admin center's reports section:Activity Reports in the Office 365 admin center

it showed Reports are available for the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days. Data won't exist for all reporting periods right away. The reports become available within 48 hours.

The reports become available within 48 hours. The same is applicable to M365 Usage Reports Graph API/endpoints response based my testing in Postman or Graph explorer. "Last Updated Date" in M365 Admin Center Usage Reports section is same as "Report Refreshed Date" in M365 Usage Reports Graph API response.

Unfortunately, you cannot manually refresh this report, it is automatically updated by the system.
