Can you move an object for a MS Designer created image?

Question

I have just begun using CoPilot and MS Designer which I like. I have two questions:

1. Is there a forum or community for MS Designer
2. Does anyone know how to move an object in Designer. I know how to remove and cut but not place the item elsewhere in the image.
