Hi I am trying to migrate stv1 to stv2 non V-NET but it keeps on rolling back to its previous instance while I tried to create a support request, it said that the non VNET migration is temporarily disabled to prevent a downtime causing issue. What to do?

Hi. I am trying to migrate stv1 to stv2 non V-NET but it keeps on rolling back to its previous instance. While I tried to create a support request, it said that the non VNET migration is temporarily disabled and should be restored by May 2024. This is to fix a newly detected issue that could cause downtime. We are way passed May 2024 and this migration has to be performed before August 31st. What can be done to resolve this as this is a critical task to do?
