Hi, I'm using free trial account, while logging into the portal it is getting freeze at the payment page and I am unable to create the VMs. Is there any way that I can solve this issue, really need a solution.
After entered the details for billing the amount is been debited from my account and still I am unable to access my azure account. If anyone have a solution for this or Please say how can I contact the azure support in real-time Please kindly share the information you have. Please

    Hi @Cloud Engineer ,

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
