Azure ADF copy activity jobs ALL queued for hours

I have been experiencing an issue, where ALL copy activities are stuck in 'queued' status.
Cancelled and rerun one of the tasks but same issue happening.
These are the things that I have checked:
- Are there old activities that are still running? --> No
- Try rerun failed pipeline --> Still goes to queued (for more than 1 hour)
- Is there an issue with the IR? --> On health check everything is green
- Did 'Diagnose and solve problem' find something for the queued activity? --> No

As rightly pointed out by you, East US region is affected currently due to the ongoing outage. Internal team is looking into the issue and trying to investigate for the root cause .
