How to fix my authenticator account?

The previous unique phone number for verification of identity has been scrapped and no longer access my Authenticator app however I have my password, I want to add a new one for verification of identity, but I can only use the previous phone number to verify identity. Unable to add new verification identity . How to deal with it? Thank you.
