Hi @rodolphe dupin ,
Thank you for your reaching out and welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
This is a technical forum. For detailed information about the SQL server license issue, please call 1-800-426-9400, Monday to Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Pacific Time) to directly speak to a Microsoft licensing specialist. For international customers, please use the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/licensing/worldwide to find contact information. Or you could get help from Volume Licensing Service Center support.
Licensing is a vast landscape and there are mines everywhere. Being out of compliance is something that can get you and your company into serious hot water. Answers to such questions should not serve as canonical answers to future readers, who may be using a different version, edition, have different software assurance agreements, etc. This is why we cannot offer you suggestions easily.
Thank you for your understanding! We will offer you more help if you have any concerns! (Please allow me for answering you in English, because I'm not good at French.)
Best regards,
Lucy Chen
