1.Whether only one mahcine has such problem?
2.Whether only user has such problem?
3.How you find or check"Once helpdesk team tries to troubleshoot any user issue and run CMD or any program as an administrator, after a while, proxy proceed to surf with the domain helpdesk user."?
Meanwhile, it may be related to browser setting or proxy setting?
