Dear Support,
As an organization, the admin wants that every user background option while initiating any teams meeting should be one and he doesnt get the option to change the background.
Is this possible? If yes please let me know the steps.

And where in said article did you see a way to set a specific image, which was your original question?
The point is to get a uniform background for all in organization. If it means only blur am ok with that option too. within current scope what whether its possible or even possible with limitation is ask.

That part is possible, but there is no way to specify which given image should be used currently. This is what the UserVoice item I linked to above is for.

In my experience, there is no way to assign a custom background to whole organization. As michev said above, you can vote for it in Teams UserVoice.
