I am a Teams admin and I manage lots of phone numbers for my org. I would LOVE the ability to convert number types from User to Service or Service to User without having to go through the number porting team. This would be a HUGE time saver. When will MS give admins this ability? PLEASE

    Hi @Johnette Cotten ,

Indeed, this feature is not supported yet but your idea is helpful for most customers.

In my experience, admin can manage their phone number via PSTN Service Desk

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/manage-phone-numbers-for-your-organization/manage-phone-numbers-for-your-organization?toc=/skypeforbusiness/toc.json&bc=/skypeforbusiness/breadcrumb/toc.json#still-need-assistance

I tried to read Microsoft Teams roadmap but did not find the valuable information about it.

In this case, we highly recommend you give your feedback in Teams UserVoice. You can vote for it here. (The link is: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/42181024-change-pstn-phone-number-type-as-admin). Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience, some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service.
Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
