SQLServer 2019 BDC - Code Deployment

All,

We are in the middle of coming up with process for deploying code to SQLServer 2019 BDC. For the master instance deploying code can be done via the regular CI/CD. But for users of the Spark engine in the Storage Pool, how do we regulate the file (python, java, R ... etc) that is being submitted as a job?

The question is more from a Data Governance standpoint.
