Unable to access my profile so can't access exam MB-901 as well which was booked earlier

Hi

I am Muhammad Ishtiaq, user id muhammad.ishtiaq@telefonica.com, i am trying to login for the exam MB-901 which i booked few days ago under Order Number: ‎0056-2443-6142 ‎
Candidate ID: ‎MS0990123009‎
Registration ID: 385990251

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam.

Can you please help me out in resolving this issue as i was trying to move the exam date from 17th December to 23rd December but unfortunately unable to login

Please look into it as matter of urgency

    Microsoft Certification / Training is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
