TEAMS Channel and Chat for recurring Director's meetings, but sometimes invite guests. How to keep Guests access to meeting notes/chat/files to which they were invited.

We have a recurring Director's meeting with files, chat, and agendas that are for directors only. Occasionally, there will be other internal staff invited to one of these meetings but the chat, files, and everything after become public. Is there a way to make these private or give Guests access or view files/chat for the meeting they were included?

The Chat is set up and has been utilized under the recurring meeting, is there a way to have a different chat that can be within the same meeting that would be for directors only to eliminate sensitive info being shared?

    In my experience, you must be in the global Administrator role to configure the external collaboration settings in the Azure Portal. For more details, you can refer to:
