I cannot Access Advanced Management Portal

Hello, Dear Azure support team, I am getting a domain from the App Service domains section in my Azure account and I want to connect it to my own hosting server, so I need to change the nameserver addresses, but I can't access the Advanced Management Portal.When I press Advanced Management Portal, errorCode=-4&xrequestid = 9ec758ed-c347-473d-9372-08556926dbd6#home gives this error and throws it back into the Azure portal home screen.When I tried to log in via mobile,it said, " Local storage was blocked.Please use a different browser " warning, but i have already hidden tab in many different browsers I came across the same error when I tried it, and this XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Output a screen containing </Error> messages.Please help me solve this problem.

I'm still getting this error. I did what they said, I tried but I can not provide access. I guess I'll have to delete my azure account

From the investigations (offline), your GoDaddy account seems to be presenting some issues which was causing the portal issue. So we'd requested you to connect with GoDaddy to rectify the account related issues. Thanks for your co-operation on this, muratkorkmaz-6101.
