What kind of SQL 2019 Servers should we purchase

What is the SQL Product Description if we would like to purchase SQL 2019 Standard Edition? In the past the reseller had maybe 4 different types of SQL Standard versions of licenses and I didn't really understand what that was and why it was that way.

    Typically if you are licensing the cores, then they would be SQL 2019 Standard Edition Core License 2 pack and you would buy 2 of them as a minimum of 4 cores. I am not sure of the SKU.
