I found an error on this page - GitHub platform management - and would like to help contribute an edit. However, I do not see any edit or pencil symbols at the top or bottom of the page to help me edit.

The line “Publicizing your or your organization on GitHub pages.” is not grammatically correct. A more grammatically correct version would be:
“Publicizing yourself or your organization on GitHub Pages.”

I don't think you can edit learn training content. Only pages/documentation. On the course start page, you do have an option to submit feedback. You could use this to send any feedback related to the content within the module to the team.
