    Dear OPS 3!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I read your post and understand that the issue you are having with not being able to access WhatsApp Web can be frustrating. Here are some possible steps to fix it:

    Clear cache and cookies:

In Microsoft Edge, click the three dots (menu) in the upper-right corner and select Settings.

In the Privacy, Search, and Services section, click Clear browsing data.

Select Cookies and site data and Cached files, then click Clear.

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

    Use private mode:

In Edge, click the three dots in the upper-right corner and select New private window.

Try to access WhatsApp Web in private mode and sign in.

    Check browser extensions:

Sometimes browser extensions can interfere with the proper functioning of certain websites. You can try disabling all extensions temporarily and then revisiting WhatsApp Web.

    Change browsers:

If none of the above steps work, you can try using a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera.

Visit WhatsApp Web in a new browser and see if you can log in.

    Check your network connection:

Make sure your network connection is stable and allows access to WhatsApp's servers.

    Firewall and security software:

Check if your firewall or security software is blocking access to WhatsApp Web.

    Check network proxy:

Make sure your computer system does not have network-related proxy enabled. Network proxy or other VPN software can also cause access to certain network services to be unavailable. It is recommended that you check again.

If you still cannot resolve the issue after trying all the above steps, you may need to contact WhatsApp customer service or check if there are other system-level failures. I hope these suggestions can help you resolve the issue.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards,
