Hyperlink in Bookings

I am trying to insert a Hyperlink in the Bookings page as a custom field in Services.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | For business | Other

    Hello Andrew.Moses,

    Thank you for your posting. Based on my experience, currently there’re only 2 types of custom field we can add to Bookings page:  text question and dropdown question:

     

    Add custom and required questions to the booking page

    We can also add hyperlink to Business Information, but this way isn’t limited to specific service, it will take effect on entire Bookings page.

    Except for adding custom field, I’m afraid there isn’t other way to add hyperlink to Bookings page. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have further question and concern, please feel free to contact me. And if I misunderstood anything, please do not hesitate to correct me.

    Thank you! Your response provided the best work around for the time being, as I can now include the required hyperlink in the confirmation email; I'll just have to include language in the booking process to point that out. Thanks again for your quick reply, saved me a lot of consternation!
