My tool bar in microsoft teams is missing

My toolbar for switching on the video , audio, etc is not seen at all

    i can't see if for thae past 30 minutes and i tried restarting my laptop , quitting teams, signing out of teams and it still is not seen.

    Same is with my case I enter the meeting but all the toolbar icons are absent and duration timer is not there
