i need help pls i am donating every month payment to run a web site and now i wish to remove my credit card from azure and the system does not let me

i dont want to cancel my credit card with credit card company can any one help me

Thanks very much for your quick reply as I am only donating I must remove it and have no other way to get around the site any other option ?

Hi @moti n ,

if you don't have another payment method available you have to delete the Azure Subscription, after deleting all resources in the Azure Subscription.

As far as I know there is no other way to delete a credit card/payment method in this case.

Hi @moti n ,
if you are not allowed to manage the Azure Azure Subscription you need to contact the Azure Subscription owner. He can provide you with access to the Azure Subscription or can delete the resources and delete the Azure Subscription.

@moti n Thanks for question! You may want to know that Azure provides unlimited support for subscription management, which includes billing, quota adjustments, and account transfers.

Suggest you to create a support ticket for Azure billing and subscription issues.

Hi @moti n ,

please take a look here: Delete an Azure billing payment method

Depending on the type of Azure Subscription. There are some types you can't remove the (last) payment method. In this case you can modify/change the payment method (Replace the credit card for a subscription to a previously saved credit card).

Please take a look here how to check which type of Azure Subscription you are running : Check the type of your account
