I am changing jobs and I need to update my microsoft learning to my personal business email

When I try to add it, I am told only one personal email per account. How do I update this?

If you sign into your personal Microsoft account here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings/

You can add a work account to your personal account. This will merge the account to your personal account, allowing you to retain your certificates, skills and learning to your personal account. You just need to sign in using your work/organisation email address

This should allow you to keep your progress for the account.
