I have edited your image to remove the email address from view. Please be careful when sharing your email address online.

In terms of the message you are getting, this means you are not allowed to access Azure using your university email. When I log in with my university email, I get the same error as you.

If you think this is in error and you should have access to the Azure dashboard, please reach out to your universities IT team. They should be able to update your permissions on their end.
