Reschedule AZ 900 test

Question

I was unable to take the Microsoft AZ 900 exam scheduled for 25th August 2024 at 12:00 AM. Unfortunately, I encountered issues while attempting to launch the test and was not able to proceed with it even though I tried the system test multiple times prior.

I have also tried to reschedule the exam through the usual process but have been unsuccessful. I need help to reschedule the test.
