azure fundamental exam AZ 900,currently not allowed to schedule any exam

I have registered for the AZ 900 exam, the payment was made, but I have no confirmation and nothing is showing on the website. The exam center says that no such appointment has come, when I log in and check, I get an error like this.(check attachment) I am currently not allowed to schedule any exam WhatsApp Image 2024-08-25 at 11.02.52.jpeg
