How long does it usually take to receive the voucher after attending the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day?

I already attended the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Generative AI Fundamentals held on 21/08/2024. It's been 5 days now but i haven't got the voucher yet. Usually how many days would it take?

It can take 5 business days to receive the email with the discount voucher code. You should receive the email by Wednesday the 28th.
