Free credit expired. Cost showing £85.77

Hi

After the free credit expired I noticed that the current cost for my subscription cost was showing £85.77 and status 'Disabled'. (I had not used up all of the free credit during the one month period, in fact I did not used all of the free credit).

I upgraded; the status of my subscription is now 'Active' but still the current cost is still showing £85.77.

Has anybody come across this before and/or can anybody advise me on who to contact at Microsoft to get this issue rectified?

Thanks
