Limit comment to selected users

When user publish a comment to a SharePoint list item, how can he select specific who will see this comment?

Hi @Rash ,

Unfortunately, there is currently no OOTB way to make it. When a user is @ed in a comment, the user will receive an email notification, but everyone can see the comment.

Unless the user has no access to the item with comment.
